铝土矿选择性脱泥试验研究

摘    要:脱除有害矿泥是实现铝土矿反浮选脱硅的关键。对河南某铝土矿的试验研究表明,添加高效分散剂实现选择性脱泥是较有效途径,碳酸钠是众多分散剂中最有效的分散剂。磨矿过程中添加碳酸钠,可实现矿泥的选择性脱除。脱泥后反浮选精矿铝硅比提高了0.32,为10.63;Al203回收率提高了4.32个百分点,为86.25%;同时大大降低了药剂用量。

Abstract:Harmful slime removal is the key to the realization of bauxite desilicating by reverse flotatin.The test research on a Henan bauxite shows that adding highly efficient dispersant is an effective way to realize the selective desliming and sodium carbonate is the best one among various dispersants. The addition of sodium carbonate into the grinding process can realize the selective desliming.By desliming,the ratio of Al 2O 3 to SiO 2 can be increased by 0.32 to 10.63 and the recovery by 4.32 percentage points to 86.25%.Meanwhile,the reagent consumption can be greatly reduced.
