摘    要:云南某低品位钛铁砂矿TiO2和Fe品位分别为5.32%和11.07%,钛和铁主要以细粒嵌布的钛铁矿和钛磁铁矿形式存在。针对原矿品位低和金属嵌布粒度细的特点,采用粗磨-弱磁选-高梯度强磁选-磁选粗精矿分别再磨后精选工艺处理,可获得钛精矿TiO2品位46.30%、铁精矿品位54.17%、TiO2和Fe综合回收率分别为63.59%和30.89%的试验指标,为该类低品位钛铁砂矿的有效利用提供了参考。

Abstract:A low-grade titanium sand from Yunnan province possesses TiO2 grade of 5.32% and Fe grade of 11.07%, respectively; and most of the TiO2 and Fe elements are finely distributed in ilmenite and titanomagnetite minerals.A primary grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-high gradient magnetic separation-single grinding and reconcentration of rough concentrates technique was developed, in response to the characteristics of the sand with, low grade and fine distribution.Titanium concentrate assaying 46.30% TiO2and an iron concentrate assaying 54.17% Fe are produced, with the total TiO2and Fe recoveries as high as 63.59% and 30.89%, respectively.The technique provides a new method for the processing of such low-grade titanium  sands.
