摘    要:对江苏某低品位难选蓝晶石矿采用脱泥-磁选-碱性介质浮选工艺流程进行了分选试验研究,探索了磨矿、脱泥、磁选及浮选的适宜工艺条件,以此为基础拟定的磨矿-脱泥-强磁选-1粗4精浮选闭路流程处理该矿石,最终获得了Al2O3品位为55.13%的蓝晶石精矿。

Abstract:The separation tests of desliming-magnetic separation-flotation with alkaline medium for a low-grade refractory kyanite ore of Jiangsu were adopted to explore the appropriate technical conditions for grinding,desliming,magnetic separation,and flotation.Based on this,the open-circuit process of grinding,desliming,high intensity magnetic separation and flotation with one-roughing and four-cleaning was made.Then,kyanite concentrate with Al2O3 grade of 55.13% were ultimately obtained.
