铁铝型高水速凝充填材料物化性能的研究

摘    要:分析并阐述了铁铝型高水速凝材料作为一种新型矿山充填胶凝材料所具有的基本性能。它制浆点,初凝时间为60min,终凝时间210min。其硬化体有良好的耐水性和耐腐蚀性,在承载破坏后还具有重结晶性。应用铁铝型高水速凝材料不仅可解决矿山充填料不足、全尾充填存在的问题,还可提高采矿强度和生产效率。由于该材料的主要基料来源广,且生产工艺简单,因而推广应用前景良好。

Abstract:The basic properties of ferroaluminate type high water quick cementing material as a new filling cementing material for mines are analysed and described.In slurring,its initial setting time is 60 min and the final,210 min.With good water proof property and corrosion resistance,its hardened body can recrystallize after its bearing discruption.Its application can not only solve the inefficent filling material problem and the problem existing in full tailings filling,but also improve the mining intensity and productivity.With a wide resource of main basic material and simple production technology,this material has a good application prospect.
