深井矿山复杂边界矿柱回采研究

摘    要:采用充填法两步骤回采的深井矿山,由于采场爆破设计、现场施工偏差或采空区的部分垮塌等原因,矿柱边界会极不规则,回采时往往存在充填体部分垮塌、矿柱贫损严重等问题。结合冬瓜山铜矿实际,在采用RFPA2D软件对矿柱进行稳定性模拟分析的基础上,利用CMS实测得到的空区数据,借助Surpac软件建立-730水平2个相邻采空区的三维模型;通过将空区模型与矿柱设计模型复合,得到了实际可供开采的矿柱设计模型;分析预测了矿柱回采时爆破动载对充填体的影响,阐述了边界炮孔到充填体距离、边界孔装药的选择与矿柱回采的密切关系;利用Surpac软件剖切得到的矿柱剖面作为爆破设计的依据,获得了爆破设计的合理范围,实现了矿柱的优化回采。

Abstract:For the two-step deep mining with filling method,and due to the stope blasting design,the deviation of site construction or part collapsing of the goaf and so on,the pillar boundary would be extremely irregular,resulting in many problems including part collapsing of backfill and high loss and dilution of mine pillarAccording to the actual situation of Dongguashan copper mine,the three-dimensional models of two adjacent goafs were built by the Surpac with actual measured data by CMS on the basis of simulation analysis of RFPA2D for pillar,and the actual available pillar design model was achieved through compounding the goaf models and the designed pillar modelThe influence of blasting dynamic load to backfill was analyzed and forecasted,the close relationship of the distance from boundary holes to backfill,the selection of the charge amount and pillar mining was describedThen the reasonable extent of blasting design was gained and the optimization of pillar mining was achieved,regarding Surpac profiles as the basis of the pillar blasting design
