721铀矿石细菌渗滤浸出及细菌的驯化培养研究

摘    要:对721矿3个矿点不同粒度的混合矿样所进行的细菌氧化和氯酸钾氧化渗滤浸出对比试验结果表明,细菌氧化浸出比氯酸钾作氧化剂浸出的金属浸出率高11~16个百分点;矿石粒度越小金属浸出率越高;在细菌耐F^-和耐酸的驯化培养方面取得了较大进展。

Abstract:A comparative test was made on mixed samples of three mining points of No.721 Mine with different particle sizes between permeating leaching with biooxidation and one with potassium chlorate as the oxidizer. The results show that the biooxidation leaching has a metal leaching rate 11-16 percent points higher than that of the latter process. The smaller the particle size of ore, the higher the metal leaching rate is. Great advance has been made in the domesticad incubation of bacteria in the fluorin and acid resistance.
