铜矿峪矿自然崩落法回采实践

摘    要:回顾总结了铜矿峪矿10多年来采用自然崩落法回采的情况。铜矿峪矿自1989年开始实施自然崩落法回来工艺,矿石产量不断提高,目前已达设计产量400万t/a,掘采比为230m^3/万t,约是有底柱分段崩落法的1/7.该矿自然崩落法的生产成本比有底柱分段崩落法下降了30%,原矿单位成本处于国内同类矿山先进水平。

Abstract:The over ten years' application of natural stope caving in Tongkuangyu Mine is reviewed since the mine began to use this method in 1989,its ore production has increasingly risen and now reached 4 million tons per year, the designed capacity, and its development ratio 230m 3 per ten thousand tons, one seventh that of pillar sublevel caving. The production cost of the natural stope caving in the mine is reduced by 30% when compared to that of pillar sublevel caving, and the unit cost of its run of mine ore is at the leading level among the mines of the same kind in China.
