尾砂和跳汰砂的胶结充填试验研究

摘    要:为提高充填体强度降低充填体成本,通过某矿山的尾砂和跳汰砂与添加粉煤灰后不同配比的对比胶结充填试验,寻找三者最优化充填骨料组合.试验结果表明,经优化配比的尾砂和跳汰砂胶结充填体,具有独特的支护特性和力学特征、良好的可塑性和较高的残余强度,能取得良好的充填效果.

Abstract:Comparative tests on the cement filling using tailings and jigging sands from a mine and fly ash at different proportioning ratios are made to search for an optimal filling aggregate combination of the three. The results show that the filling body made of tailings and jigging sands has unique support characters and mechanical properties, good plasticity and high residual strength, which can achieve good filling effect.
