吉尔吉斯斯坦某低品位难选金矿石浮选试验

摘    要:吉尔吉斯斯坦某金矿矿石中金矿物与黄铁矿等共生关系复杂,嵌布粒度微细,属于难选低品位金矿石。通过对磨矿细度和药剂制度的优化研究,确定在磨矿产品细度为-0.074 mm占90%,D10和A202粗选用量分别为100、50 g/t情况下,可以获得金品位为9.89 g/t,回收率为87.23%的金精矿,比模拟现场工艺流程及药剂制度时的精矿金品位提高了0.24 g/t,回收率高10.03个百分点。

Abstract:A gold ore in Kyrgyzstan which belongs to the refractory low grade gold ore,gold minerals are finely embedded,and the disseminated relationship of useful minerals,pyrite and quartz is complex.Through the optimization research on grinding fineness and the reagent system, under the conditions of-0.074 mm 90% grinding fineness,the dosage of D10 and A202 each at 100,50 g/t,get the gold concentrate containing got the gold 9.89 g/t with gold recovery 87.23%.Comparing with the simulation scene process and reagent system,concentrate grade increased 0.24 g/t,recovery rate improved 10.03 percentage points.
