井下多级机站通风监控与节能技术研究

摘    要:采用计算机网络通讯技术、风机变频调速技术以及井下风流与环境参数监测技术,结合自主开发Ethernet-DCON通讯控制单元、DCON远程I/O控制单元及监控系统软件,以冬瓜山铜矿井下通风系统作为工程研究背景,对分布于井下各级风机机站的风机进行远程集中监控(风机启停及正反转控制、变频调速控制、运行状态及参数检测),对主要通风巷道风流参数(风速、风量)、井下大气环境参数(温度、湿度、O2、NO2、CO气体浓度)进行自动连续监测。

Abstract:Taken the areas of Dongguashan copper mine ventilation system as an engineering background,combined with self-developed Ethernet-DCON control unit,the DCON remote I/O control units and monitoring system software,the computer network communication technology,the fan frequency conversion control technology,as well as underground airflow and environmental parameters monitoring technology were applied,the fans of multistage fan station at all levels(including the fan start and stop and reversing control,frequency conversion control,operational status and parameters monitoring,etc.) were remote centralized monitoring.And the airflow parameters(airflow velocity and air flow volume) in main ventilation tunnels,underground atmospheric environmental parameters(temperature,humidity,concentration of O2,NO2 and CO) were automatic and continuous monitoring.
