河南某钼尾矿中白钨的浮选回收试验

摘    要:为回收河南某钼尾矿中的白钨,采用预先分级-+0.15 mm粗粒级再磨-1粗1扫脱硫浮选-1粗1扫1精常温钨浮选-1粗3扫5精加温钨浮选流程对该尾矿进行了浮选试验,获得了WO3品位为60.14%、WO3回收率为77.78%的钨精矿。仅粗粒级再磨避免了次生矿泥的产生和钨矿物的过粉碎,加温时加入抑制剂LY使含钙类脉石矿物得到了更好的抑制,这些手段为获得较好的试验指标提供了保障。

Abstract:In order to recover the scheelite from molybdenum tailings,adopted the process of pre-classification-+0.15 mm coarse fraction regrinding-one roughing one scavenging flotation desulfurization-one roughing one scavenging one cleaning flotation scheelite under normal temperature-one roughing three scavenging five cleaning heating flotation scheelite,got the tungsten concentrate with grade of WO3 at 60.14%,recovery of WO3 at 77.78%.Coarse fraction regrinding avoids the production of slime and over crushing of scheelite,adding the LY inhibitor can inhibit the gangue containing calcium.These measures ensure the test get better indexes.
