基于ANSYS的高梯度磁选机介质截面形状影响研究

摘    要:磁介质的截面形状对介质的磁场特性影响很大,合适的介质截面形状有利于提高微细粒磁性矿物的回收率并降低选矿能耗。利用ANSYS仿真软件分析了圆形截面、椭圆截面、菱形截面等3种不同截面形状磁介质在不同的背景场强下表现出的磁场特性。结果表明:在整个背景场强变化范围内,长短轴比为2∶1的椭圆截面介质产生的磁场力大于圆形截面介质和菱形截面介质的磁场力,相同背景场强下产生的磁场力约为圆形截面介质的1.5~2倍;菱形截面介质产生的磁场力在背景磁感应强度小于0.8 T时大于圆形截面介质,在背景磁感应强度大于0.8 T时小于圆形截面介质,产生这种结果的主要原因是菱形截面介质端部较尖锐,在较小的背景磁感应强度下介质端部就达到磁饱和。

Abstract:The cross-sectional shape of the magnetic media has great influence on the magnetic field characteristic,and suitable matrix cross-sectional shape can improve the recovery of micro-fine magnetic materials and reduce processing energy consumption.The magnetic field characteristics of three kinds of matrix,circular cross-section,elliptical cross-section,rhombus cross-section,with different cross-sectional shape under different background magnetic field strength were analyzed with ANSYS.The results showed that: within the entire range of background magnetic field strength,the magnetic force generated by elliptical cross-sectional shape matrix is higher than that of circular and rhombus,and the magnetic force is 1.5~2 times as much as that of circular matrix under a certain background magnetic field strength; when the background magnetic field strength is lower than 0.8 T,magnetic force generated by diamond cross-sectional matrix is higher than that of circular cross-sectional shape matrices.The relationship is opposite when the background magnetic field strength is higher than 0.8 T,the main reason for which is the magnetic saturation of the matrix ends under a low background magnetic field owning to its sharpness shape.
