摘    要:空场-崩落组合法在弓长岭铁矿薄矿体开采中得到大量应用,该法需要采取合理的技术措施,严防采空区围岩的冒落危害。通过分析空区冒落形式的影响因素与冒落危害的发生过程,提出根据持续冒落面积确定合理的空场出矿分段数,并使分段之间形成连续采空区的方法,控制围岩按零星冒落形式冒落;保持最下一层空场出矿分段的进路端部出矿口不敞空,防止冒落冲击危害。这2项措施有效地保障了空场-崩落组合法的安全开采条件,在弓长岭铁矿取得了良好的实用效果。

Abstract:Open-stope & caving method is widely applied to recover thin ore bodies of Gongchangling iron mine. This method needs to take reasonable technical measures to prevent accidents induced by rock falling of mined area. By means of analyzing the influence factors and occurrence processes of hanging wall falling, a reasonable sublevel number of ore removals is determined according to the area of the continuous falling and a continuous mining-out area is formed among the different levels to control the formation of rock falling by small pieces. Then, it is to remain some blasted ore to block the drift outlet at the last mining level to prevent the impact of air flows induced by the rock falling. These two measures can effectively guarantee the safe mining conditions of the sublevel stope & caving method and obtain a practical effect in Gongchangling iron mine.
