摘    要:为查明铜溶剂萃取过程界面乳化机理,考察了萃取剂降解产物对固体微粒吸附行为的影响。研究表明,萃取剂降解产物促进了萃取剂在固体微粒表面的吸附,从而加速了乳化物的形成,并用扩展的DLVO理论探讨了界面乳化物聚结与稳定机理。

Abstract:The influence of degradation product of the extractant on adsorption behavior of solid particulates was investigated to find out mechanism of interfacial emulsification during copper solvent extraction.The research results showed that degradation product of the extractant promoted adsorption between solid particulates and extractant, and accelerated the formation of emulsification.Meanwhile, the assembling and stabilizing mechanism of interfacial emulsification was discussed by the extended DLVO theory.
