提高湖南某低品位铜镍矿石选矿指标研究

摘    要:湖南某低品位铜镍矿现场铜镍混合精矿铜镍指标均较低。以原矿工艺矿物学研究结果和现场流程考查结果为基础,着重对矿石进行了磨矿细度、药剂制度和工艺流程优化研究,在对现场流程和药剂制度仅作较小改动的情况下,获得了铜品位为465%、镍品位为364%、铜回收率为8648%、镍回收率为7506%的铜镍混合精矿,与现场生产指标比较,在精矿质量指标略有提高的情况下,铜回收率提高了311个百分点,镍回收率提高了461个百分点。

Abstract:The recovery rate of copper-nickel mixed concentrate in a low-grade copper and nickel ore on-site of Hunan is low On the basis of process mineralogical study and field test results,the paper focuses on researches the ore grinding fineness, reagent system and optimization of the flow-sheet processUnder less changing of on-site process and reagent regime, copper-nickel mixed concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 465% and 8648%, Ni grade and recovery of 364% and 7506% were obtained In comparison with the field production index, copper recovery rate is increased by 311 percentage point,nickel recovery rate is increased by 461 percentage point with the concentrate quality improved slightly.
