某含锡磁铁矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:云南某含锡磁铁矿,原矿铁品位为42.83%,铁主要以磁铁矿形式存在;锡品位为0.57%,锡主要以锡石形式存在。采用弱磁选-摇床重选联合流程进行选矿试验,获得铁精矿、锡精矿1、锡精矿2这3种产品。铁精矿铁品位为66.01%,铁回收率为83.03%;锡精矿1锡品位为41.95%,锡回收率为17.54%;锡精矿2的锡品位为8.28%,锡回收率为15.79%,可送冶炼厂用烟化法回收Sn。试验结果为该矿床的开发利用打下了基础。

Abstract:A Yunnan tin-containing magnetite ore contains 42.83% iron mainly in magnetite and 0.57% tin mainly in cassiterite. Beneficiation test was made on this ore using a combined process of low intensity magnetic separation and table concentration, and obtained three products: iron concentrate grading 66.01% with an iron recovery of 83.03%; tin concentrate No.1 grading 41.95% with a tin recovery of 17.54%; and tin concentrate No.2. grading 8.28% with a tin recovery of 15.79%, which can be sent to the smelter for recovering Sn by fuming process. The test results have laid a foundation for the exploitation and utilization of this deposit.
