云南某难选菱铁矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:云南某铁矿石铁品位低,矿物嵌布粒度复杂,有害元素磷含量高,属难选矿石。鉴于对该矿石工艺矿物学的研究,采用了反浮选—磁化还原焙烧—弱磁选工艺处理该矿石,获得了铁品位为68.22%,回收率为65.72%的铁精矿,其中含磷0.06%、含硫0.35%、含硅9.45%,为类似高磷菱铁矿的分选提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:Yunnan a siderite ore is a refractory one due to its low grade and its complex mineral dissemination particle sizes and its high content of phosphorus.Based on its process mineralogy research,a process consisting of reverse flotation-magnetization roasting-low gradient magnetic separation was adopted for treating this ore.As a result,an iron,its P-content is reduced to 0.06%,S-content is 0.35%,Si-content is 9.45%,concentrate grading 68.22%,at a recovery of 65.72% was obtained,thus providing a new way for the separation of similar high phosphorus siderite ore.
