高纯天然黄铁矿粉体用于LiAl-FeS2热电池

摘    要:天然黄铁矿经提纯和特殊处理,可获得高纯FeS2超微细粉体(HFP)。用X—射线衍射(XRD)和差热分析(DTA)研究了HFP的结构和热性能。以HFP为正极材料做成LiAl—FeS2热电池,在放电电流为1.75A、0.70A时,其初始放电电压分别为1.934V和1.984V,高于目前所用的FeS2,说明HFP适合做LiAl—FeS2热电池的正极活性材料,这为黄铁矿资源的高附加值利用和热电池材料的低成本化开辟了新的途径。

Abstract:Highly pure ultrafine FeS 2 powder (HFP) can be obtained by the purification and special treatment of natural pyrite.The structure and thermal property of HFP were studied by X ray diffraction (XRD) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) techniques.The initial discharge voltages of LiAl FeS 2 thermal battery,with HFP as positive materials,were 1.934 V and 1.984 V respectively at the discharge currents of 1.75 A and 0.70 A,higher than that of the FeS 2 presently used.It indicates that HFP is suitable for being used as active positive material of LiAl FeS 2 thermal battery.This provides a new way to the application of pyrite resource with high added value and to the low cost realization of thermal battery materials.
