摘    要:为了防治采场上覆坚硬岩层突然破断给矿井造成的离层水(瓦斯)突涌等严重次生灾害,对某煤矿工作面连续大面积开采上覆整体移动带内坚硬岩层的破断规律进行了研究。以该煤矿首采区覆岩空间赋存、岩体结构、力学性质及地应力等地质工程条件为基础,采用薄板理论计算、数值模拟等方法,对采区首采面及后续工作面开采上覆整体移动带坚硬火成岩岩床初次破断及周期破断距进行了理论计算和过程模拟分析。结果显示,首采面开采过程中坚硬火成岩初次破断约300 m,周期破断约130 m;后续工作面开采时受邻近采空区影响,火成岩初次破断约260 m,周期破断约120 m;结果与现场实测数据分析相一致。研究成果对坚硬覆岩下煤层开采离层水、离层瓦斯突出等地质灾害预测及防治具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to control water (gas) outburst and other serious secondary disasters caused by the overlying hard strata sudden rupture at stope,the hard strata rupture law of overlying integrated moving belt in a coal mining face with continuous and large mining was studied.Based on study of the geological engineering conditions in a first coal mining face,such as overlying strata spatial occurrence,rock mass structure,mechanical properties and in-situ ground stress etc,the initial rupture and cycle rupture distances of the hard igneous bedrock at stope overlying integrated moving belt at first and subsequent working face were calculated and simulated by using thin plate theory and numerical simulation methods.The results showed that the initial rupture distance of hard igneous rock at first working face was about 300 m and the cycle rupture distance was about 130 m.Because the subsequent work mining was affected by the goaf of adjacent mining face,its initial rupture distance was about 260 m and cycle rupture distance was about 120 m.The results are in accordance with the field data analysis.Research results have important significance to predict and control water inrush and gas outburst in bed separation and other geological disasters resulted from coal mining under hard strata.
