牙轮钻机钻孔能耗分析

摘    要:通过对矿山使用的牙轮钻机实际情况调研结果的统计分析,研究了钻孔深度、岩石坚固性系数、钻孔速率、钻孔孔径对露天矿山钻孔能耗的影响。牙轮钻机在钻进过程中,延米耗电量与钻孔深度呈线性关系,而随着钻孔深度的增加,累计耗电量与钻孔深度呈指数关系增长;随着岩石坚固性系数的增大,大孔径牙轮钻机能耗增速低于小孔径牙轮钻机能耗增速,在坚固岩石中宜选用大孔径牙轮钻机;不同型号的钻机具有自己最适宜的钻孔速率,应根据实际情况进行调整;不同孔径的牙轮钻机钻孔延米耗电量不同,小直径炮孔延米耗电量明显偏低,然而由于大直径孔径延米爆破量大,其爆破单位岩量的钻孔能耗远小于小直径钻孔。研究结果对露天矿山的钻机选型及钻孔作业具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Through statistical analysis on actual application of rotary drill rig in mine,the influence of drilling depth,protodyakonov coefficient of rock,drilling rate,drilling hole diameter on the drilling energy consumption are analyzed.The linear meter energy consumption scales up in a linear relation with the drilling depth,and with the drilling depth increasing,the energy consumption grows exponentially as the drilling depth.With the increase of the Protodyakonov coefficient,the energy consumption growth of the rotary drill rig with large aperture is lower than that with small aperture.So the rotary drill rig with large aperture is suitable for drilling the solid rock.Different type of rotary drilling rigs has its own drilling rates,so it is necessary to adopt the suitable one according to the actual situation.Linear energy consumptions are varied according to different apertures,the energy consumption of rotary drilling rig with small aperture is obviously low.But in terms of blasting unit amount of rock,the energy consumption of rotary drilling rig with large aperture is lower than that with small aperture.The research is of guiding significance to the type selections of rotary drilling rigs and drilling work as well in the open pit mine.
