福建某石英脉型钼矿选矿试验

福建钼矿资源比较丰富,但开发利用水平比较低。分析了福建某石英脉型钼矿的化学成分、组成以及主要有价矿物及其赋存状态。通过试验确定了该矿物浮选分离的合适磨矿细度、浮选粗选合适的抑制剂、捕收剂和起泡剂的用量,对1次精选抑制剂硫化钠及巯基乙酸钠进行了比较,并对探索试验确定的1粗2扫6精闭路流程进行了试验。结果显示:含钼为0.19%的钼矿经选别后,获得了钼品位46.23%,回收率86.20%的钼精矿。

Experimental Study on Beneficiation of Quartz-vein Type Molybdenum Ore in Fujian

There are abundant molybdenum resources in Fujian with relatively low level of development and utilization. The chemical elements and composition of the minerals, and the occurrence of the main valuable minerals in the quartz vein type ore in Fujian has been analyzed. The suitable grinding fineness of flotation separation, suitable comparison of collector and frother of rough flotation,comparison of sodium sulfide and mercaptoacetic sodium acid as inhibitor of one concentrating has been confirmed through tests, and the closed circuit process of one roughing, two scavenging and six cleanings from exploratory tests were confirmed. The tests result showed that molybdenum concentrates with molybdenum grade 46.23% and recovery rate 86.20% has been obtained by the flotation from the crude molybdenum with Mo grade of 0.19%.
