摘    要:采用磁场筛选机对大冶铁矿选厂一次磁选精矿进行精选工业试验,经过500h运行,试验指标为给矿品位62.47%,铁精矿品位66.53%,比同期选厂生产精矿品位提高了1.93个百分点。试验证明,在选矿总回收率相近的条件下,采用磁场筛选机具有中矿再磨量少,磨矿粒度可大幅度放粗的优势,能经济合理地提高大冶铁矿的精矿品位。

Abstract:Industrial test of using magnetic field screening separator in the cleaning of the concentrate of the primary magnetic separation was made in Deye Iron Concentrator for 500 hours. It obtained a concentrate grading 66.53% from a feed grading 62.47%, 1.93% higher than that of the concentrate produced at the same period by the concentrator. The test verified that , at a similar gross recovery of concentration, this machine has the superiority due to less middling for regrinding and possibility of much more coarser grinding size. Therefore , it can raise the concentrate grade both economically and rationally.
