摘    要:露天矿山在转入凹陷开采后,随着开采深度的增加,原有的铁路运输系统已经不能适应生产的需要,朱家包包铁矿目前即存在这一问题,为此在提出采用汽车-陡坡铁路系统的基础上采用马尔可夫随机过程理论研究朱家包包铁矿的运输系统可靠性,研究得出:运输系统的可靠性用可用度指标描述最为合理,朱家包包铁矿运输系统中转载站是最关键环节,系统各环节的生产能力相互制约,只有各环节生产能力匹配,才能实现系统能力的最大化。

Abstract:After the transfer of open pit mines into deep mining, the original railway transportation system cann't meet the requirements of the production as the mining depth is increasing. It is such problem that exists in Zhujiabaobao Iron Mine. A truck steep slope railway combined transportation scheme is proposed. Markov stochastic process theory is used to study the reliability of Zhujiabaobao Iron Mine's transport system. It is concluded from the study that it is most rational to use the availability index to describe the reliability of the transportation system. The transfer station is the key link in Zhujiabaobao Iron Mine's transportation system. The capacities of the various links in the system are restricted mutually. Only by matching their capacities well can the system capacity be maximized.
