摘    要:通过对国内外高炉粉尘利用情况的分析、研究,结合梅山高炉瓦斯泥的性质、特征和现状,提出用弱磁—强磁选的选矿工艺,从中回收铁精矿的设想。通过试验室试验,取得了较好的技术经济指标,达到了预期效果。该工艺可用于生产实践,并可推广应用。

Abstract:Through the analysis and study of the utilization of flue dust of blast furnace both in and outside China and in combination with the properties, characteristics and present conditions of the flue slime of Meishan blast furnace, a suggestion was made of recovering iron concentrate from the flue dust using a beneficiation technology consisting of both low intensity and high intensity magnetic separation. The laboratory test achieved good technical and economical results, reaching the expected effect. The technology can be applied in production and popularized.
