磁铁矿高效选矿新技术--磁场筛选法

摘    要:介绍了国内外磁铁矿资源及选矿现状,对磁场筛选法的分选理论和精选效果进行了详细论述,提出了磁场筛选法合理利用的工艺流程。在选厂最终精选作业、细筛作业、中矿再磨再选工艺中的试验研究表明,在提高精矿品位的同时,还具有降低能耗、简化流程的效果。

Abstract:The domestic and foreign magnetite resources and the current situation of beneficiation are presented. The separation theory and concentration effect of the magnetic field screening method are discussed in detail and a rational technological process of using the magnetic field screening method is put forward. The test results of the final concentration operation, fine screening operation and regrinding and reconcentration process of middling in the concentrator show that the method not only can increase concentrate grade, but also can reduce energy consumption and simplify the process.
