脉动高梯度磁选垂直磁场与水平磁场对比研究

摘    要:SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机采用垂直磁场磁系,它们已在工业上广泛用于氧化铁矿、钛铁矿、非金属矿的选矿。为了探索进一步改进设备的可能性,又研制了水平磁场磁系的脉动高梯度磁选机试验设备,并通过理论分析和试验对2种磁场磁系的脉动高梯度磁选机进行了对比,结果表明,垂直磁场磁选机具有磁场强度较高、漏磁系数较小、激磁电耗较低、对细粒弱磁性矿物回收率较高、选矿效率较高和设备处理量易于放大的优点。

Abstract:SLon vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separators utilize vertical field magnet system, which have been widely used in the beneficiation of iron oxide ore, ilmenite and nonmetallic minerals. To explore the possibility of further equipment improvement, the author developed a laboratory pulsating high gradient magnetic separator with horizontal field magnet system. Through the theoretical analysis and comparative test on the pulsating high gradient magnetic separators with vertical or horizontal field magnet system, it is demonstrated that the magnetic separator with vertical magnetic field has advantages of higher magnetic intensity, smaller flux leakage factor, lower exciting power consumption, higher recovery separation efficiency and easiness of equipment throughput scaling-up.
