| 摘 要： | 以矿产资源开发整合的内涵为出发点，探讨了矿产资源开发整合理论，即可耗竭资源的最优耗竭理论、效率理论、市场力量理论、战略发展和调整理论等。初步分析了矿产资源开发整合的3种模式：横向整合、纵向整合和混合整合。

| Abstract: | Based on the Integration meaning of mineral resources exploitation,the integration theory of mineral resources exploitation was discussed,such as optimal deletion theory of exhaustible resource,market forces theory,strategy development and adjustment theory.Three integration models of mineral resources exploitation are analyzed: horizontal integration,vertical integration,hybrid integration. |
