摘    要:结合3S技术集成,利用遥感技术和全球定位系统对尾矿库基础数据进行采集,利用地理信息系统对尾矿库及其周边的环境信息进行采集、存储、处理,建立数据库等,实现对信息的查询检索、综合分析、动态管理、信息输出等功能,从而为尾矿库安全监测提供科学依据,对抑制事故发生或减少事故伤损范围具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:GIS, RS and GPS are integrated and used in monitoring the tailing reservoir safety.Remote sensing and global positioning system are adopted to collect the basic data for the tailing reservoir and the global positioning system is used in the collection, storage, processing and database building for the information of the tailing reservoir and surrounding environment to realize the query, analysis, dynamic management and information output of information, thus providing a basis for monitoring the tailing reservoir safety, which is important practical significance to prevent or reduce the accident damage.
