基于PIC的矿井通风安全控制系统

摘    要:针对矿井旧通风控制系统中存在的体积庞大、接线复杂、机械触点多、排除故障困难、可靠性差、自动化程度低等缺陷,设计了一种基于先进PLC控制技术的矿井通风安全控制系统,详细讨论了系统的结构、控制方案、工作原理、硬件与软件设计方法.该控制系统投入使用,运行结果表明,系统具有功能完善,运行稳定,可靠性高,便于维护,节能效果明显等特点,提高了企业的生产效率和经济效益,具有很好的应用前景.同时该控制系统若配置相应的通信模块和上位计算机,可方便地组成集散式控制系统,对现场设备的运行状态进行监控,实现远程控制,提升企业生产的自动化程度.

Abstract:In view of the defects in the old underground mine ventilation control system such as large size, complex wire connection, many mechanical contacts, difficult failure shooting, poor reliability and low automation degree, a mine ventilation safety control system based on advanced PLC control technology is designed. Its structure, control scheme, work mechanism, hardware and software design method are discussed in detail. The practical operation of this control system shows that it has the advantages of perfect function, stable operation, high reliability, convenient maintenance and evident energy saving effect, and can improve both the enterprise production efficiency and economic benefit, thus having good application prospect. In addition, if it is configured with corresponding communication module and the upper-level computer, a distributed control system can be conveniently composed, which can monitor the operation state of the on-site equipment so as to realize the remote control and raise the automation degree of the enterprise production.
