ZY捕收剂分选粗粒级钛铁矿的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了ZY捕收剂分选粗粒级钛铁矿试验和工业应用的情况。对两种-200目含量为22.19%和6.18%物料的试验研究表明,ZY捕收剂具有很强的捕收性能和较强的选择性,精矿品位达47%以上,回收率分别为83.77%和72.88%,且能回收通常认为浮选不能回收的+154mm粒级钛铁矿,工业应用证实效果良好。

Abstract:Test and industrial application of using ZY collector to separate coarse ilmenite are descirbed.Test research on two materials with respective -200 mesh contents of 22.19% and 6.18% has shown that ZY collector has strong collecting and selecting properties.The concentrates obtained had a grade of over 47% and recoveries of 83.77% and 72.88% respectively and 154 mesh ilmenite which was generally considered unrecoverable by flotation was recovered.The industrial application has also proved its good effect.
