摘    要:根据对某选矿厂现有生产流程进行的全面技术考查和分析,掌握了该选矿厂生产工艺的现状,找到了流程中存在的制约选厂发展的深层次问题。对磨矿分级作业效率低,再磨量大,设备负荷不均衡,重选作业产率不合理等关键性技术问题,有针对性地提出了调整作业浓度,合理分配作业产率,适当降低设备负荷,增设自动控制系统等切实可行的改进措施,优化了工艺参数,改善了分选效果,实现对生产过程的有效控制,使产品质量稳定、成本降低。

Abstract:Based on the total technical investigation and analysis of the present production workflow for a dressing plant, the present situation in production process are known and some latent problems of limiting the further development of this plant are found.For such key problems as low efficiency in grinding and classification, much regrinding, unequal equipment loads and unreasonable productivity in gravity separation, some feasible improving measures were put forward to adjust the process concentration, reasonably arrange the productivity, lower the equipment load, and add some automation control system.Then, the process parameters are optimized, and the concentration results are improved.It is believed that adopting these measures will be helpful to improve the products quality and lower the production cost.
