含砷硫化铜精矿的细菌浸出研究

摘    要:细菌浸出金属因其投资小、成本低、污染轻,适合处理低品位和难处理矿石,已在次生硫化铜矿石提铜中作为首选工艺。介绍了我国某含砷低品位硫化铜矿浮选精矿的细菌浸出试验研究结果,通过选育优良浸矿菌种,可以高效地直接提取某铜精矿中的铜,铜浸出率达到85.52%。

Abstract:Bioleaching of metal, which is characterised by small investment, low cost, light pollution and suitable for low grade and hard to treat ores, has become the primary technology for extracting copper from secondary sulfide copper ores. The test study results of bioleaching of certain flotation concentrate of domestic arsenic bearing low grade sulfide copper ore are presented. Through selection and cultivation of fine strains for the ore leaching, the copper was directly and efficiently extracted from the concentrate with a copper leaching rate of 85.52%.
