摘    要:合理设置采场结构参数是矿山企业需解决的技术难题。以大新锰矿西北采区+340 m中段的采矿工程为背景,采用Mathew图法验核现有采场设计参数的合理性,优化了采场结构参数。研究结果为:1矿山矿柱尺寸选取合理,能够保证开采安全;2矿块斜长为60 m时,Ⅰ矿与Ⅱ、Ⅲ矿的矿房沿走向的极限宽度理论计算值分别为13.5,10.8 m;建议在今后采矿设计中矿房宽度取9 m;3合理布置西北采区Ⅱ、Ⅲ矿矿柱与Ⅰ矿矿房采空区位置,使之达到上下对应,减少矿柱不合理布置带来的安全隐患。

Abstract:How to set the parameters of stope structure more reasonably is a technical problem that the mining enterprises need to solve.With mining engineering in +340 m of northeast mining area as the background,the rationality of existing stope design parameters with Mathew method is checked,and stope structure parameters are optinized.The study result shows:① Reasonable mine pillar size can ensure the safety of mining;②Under the condition that ore plagioctase is 60 m,the calculation value of the width limit theory in Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ mine stope along ore body trend is 13.5 m,and 10.8 m.It is suggested that the room width is set as 9 m in future mining design.③The reasonable arrangement of the Northwest Mining Area Ⅱ,Ⅲ mineral pillar and Ⅰ mine goaf makes them corresponding,so as to reduce the hidden trouble caused by unreasonable layout of pillar.
