某细—微细粒嵌布的硫化铜矿石浮选试验

摘    要:某硫化铜矿石中的金属矿物主要为斑铜矿、黄铜矿及辉铜矿,黄铁矿和硫铜钴矿微量,脉石矿物主要为石英。矿石中铜矿物嵌布粒度极不均匀,少部分铜矿物嵌布粒度较粗,主要为细—微细粒嵌布的铜矿物,细者甚至小于10μm。为确定该矿石的高效选矿工艺进行了选矿试验。结果表明:铜品位为3.85%的矿石在磨矿细度为-53μm占80%的情况下,采用2粗2精3扫流程进行粗粒开路浮选,粗粒浮选中矿集中再磨至-10μm占80%的情况下,采用1粗1精流程进行细粒开路浮选,可获得铜品位为41.86%、回收率为59.01%的粗粒精矿,铜品位为33.27%、回收率为26.43%的细粒精矿,总精矿品位为38.76%、回收率为85.45%。采用粗细分级分选开路浮选流程回收矿石中的硫化铜,既解决了含铜粗粒连生体在流程中的循环,又发挥了粗细分选优势,还避免了微细粒中矿返回对流程的影响,是粒度极不均匀嵌布的硫化铜矿物的高效回收工艺。高品位微细粒中矿中的铜将采用生物氧化浸出工艺回收有利于提高总铜回收率。

Abstract:The main metallic minerals of one copper sulphide ore are bornite,chalcopyrite and chalcocite. Trace minerals are pyrite and carrollite. The main gangue mineral is quartz. The dissemination of the copper minerals are unhomogeneous. Small part of copper minerals is coarse,main part is fine or micro-fine,and some part are even lower than 10 micron. Flotation tests were conducted to determine the efficient flow-sheet for this ore. The results showed that under the condition that the grinding fineness of 80% passing 53μm for the ore with Cu grade of 3. 85%,opened-circuit flotation for fine feeder is made by the process of two roughing,two cleaning and three scavenging,and the middling from the flotation was reground to 80% pass-ing 10 micron. Then coarse concentrate with Cu grade 41. 86% and Cu recovery of 59. 01% and fine concentrate with Cu grade of 33. 27% and Cu recovery of 26. 43% are gained using the opened-circuit process of one roughing and one cleaning. The to-tal copper grade is 38. 76% with a recovery of 85. 45% for the final concentrate. The opened-circuit flotation process with fine and coarse separate concentration to recover copper sulphide from the raw ore can solve the issue of the cycle of coarse copper intergrowth,display the advantage of coarse and fine separation and also avoid the effect of ultra-fine middling back to the process. It is a high-efficient recovery process for the copper sulfide minerals with uneven disseminated particle size. Copper in high grade fine middling can be recovered by the biological oxidation leaching,which can increase the total recovery rate of copper.
