摘    要:新疆某低品位难选铜镍矿石铜、镍品位分别为0.23%和0.69%,现场采用预选脱除滑石—铜镍混合浮选再分离铜流程获得铜精矿和铜镍混合精矿,铜镍回收率较低。为给现场工艺流程改造提供依据,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占80%条件下,以六偏磷酸钠+CMC为抑制剂、硫酸铜为活化剂、Z-200+J622为捕收剂,经1粗2精1扫铜镍混合浮选,铜镍混合精矿经3次铜精选,获得了含铜18.08%、铜回收率52.17%的铜精矿和含铜2.81%、含镍16.25%、铜回收率41.73%、镍回收率81.78%的铜镍混合精矿。与现场生产指标相比,铜、镍回收率分别提高了9.67和3.45个百分点,浮选指标明显得到改善。

Experiment on Mineral Processing of Refractory Low-grade Cu-Ni Ore in Xinjiang
Abstract:There is 0. 23% Cu and 0. 69% Ni in a refractory low-grade Cu-Ni ore in Xinjiang. Copper and nickel recov-ery rate is low by on-site talc priority removal and copper-nickel bulk flotation and copper separation process,copper concen-trateard and Cu-Ni mixed concentrate as products. To provide basis for transformation of on-site process,beneficiation test was conducted. The results showed, by process of copper-nickel bulk flotation and copper-nickel separation process, Under the grinding fineness of -0. 074 mm 80%, using sodium hexametaphosphate+CMC as depressor, copper sulfate as activator, Z-200+J622 as collector,copper concentrate containing 18. 08% Cu,copper recovery rate of 52. 17%,Cu-Ni mixed concen-trate containing 2. 81% Cu,16. 25% Ni,copper recovery rate of 41. 73%,nickel recovery rate of 81. 78% is obtained via one roughing,two cleaning, one scavenging copper-nickel bulk flotation, and copper-nickel mixed concentrate with three copper cleaning closed-circuit flotation process. Compared with on-site process, copper, nickel recovery rate increased by 9. 67 and 3. 45 percent points,respectively,the flotation indexes have improved significantly.
