夏甸金矿上向水平分层充填法结构参数优化的数值模拟

摘    要:夏甸金矿-692 m水平以上采用点柱式上向水平分层充填法进行回采,在回采时矿房宽6 m,矿柱宽度为2 m,2 m的矿柱不回收,造成了较为严重的矿量损失。因此,对夏甸金矿-692 m水平以下的采场采用的采矿方法进行优化,采用了上向水平分层充填法进行回采。基于FLAC~(3D)数值模拟软件对采场结构参数优化,通过模拟不同矿房矿柱的宽度方案,观察不同方案采场中的应力、塑性区情况来确定最佳的矿房宽度和矿柱宽度。研究发现:当矿柱宽度为4 m时,其矿柱中岩体塑性变形程度低,矿柱完整性好,安全程度高,矿房宽度为5 m时,塑性区面积最小,塑性变形最弱。因此,选择矿柱宽度为4 m,矿房宽度为5 m是最佳的结构参数。

Abstract:The upward horizontal slice filling method with point pillars is used as the main mining method above-692 m level in Xiadian Gold Mine,during the stoping process,the width of chamber is 6 m,and the with of pillar is 2 m,the pillar with the with of 2 m do not be recovered,which caused a serious loss of ore. The optimization of the mining method used in the mining area below -692 m level is conducted,the upward horizontal slicing filling method is proposed. Based on FLAC3D nu-merical simulation software,the structural parameters of mining area are simulated,the optimal width of chamber and pillar are determined by analyzing the variation characteristics of plastic zone and stress of different simulation schemes corresponding with of chamber and pillar designed in this paper. The study results show that when the with of pillar is 4 m,the plastic deform-ation degree of the rock mass in pillar is low,the pillar integrity and security are both good;when the with of chamber is 5 m, the plastic zone area is smallest,and the plastic deformation is weakest. Therefore,the optimal width of pillar and chamber are 4 m and 5 m.
