钢渣尾泥和电炉渣中磷的赋存状态EPMA分析

摘    要:高磷钢渣中磷的存在状态非常复杂,导致其作为混凝土掺合料时对水泥的水化过程和水化产物的影响都较为复杂。主要利用电子探针X射线显微分析仪(EPMA)对钢渣尾泥和电炉渣中磷的赋存状态进行了深入研究,为钢渣尾泥和电炉渣在建筑胶凝材料中的大掺量利用及其中磷元素的有效控制提供理论指导。研究表明:钢渣尾泥和电炉渣的主要矿物组成为硅酸二钙(Ca_2SiO_4)、硅酸三钙(Ca_3SiO_5)、氢氧化钙(Ca(OH)_2)、方解石(CaCO_3)、氧化亚铁(FeO)和RO相(MgO、FeO和MnO的固溶体),钢渣尾泥中还含有水化硅酸钙(C-S-H凝胶);钢渣尾泥和电炉渣中P_2O_5的含量分别为1.741%和1.834%;钢渣尾泥和电炉渣中磷主要以固溶体的形式富集于硅酸二钙(Ca_2SiO_4)和硅酸三钙(Ca_3SiO_5)等硅酸盐物相中,P_2O_5的含量为3.195%~7.513%。

Abstract:The occurrence state of phosphorus in steel slag is very complex,resulting in more complicated effects on the hydration process and hydration products of cement system when it is uses as mixing materials of cement. The occurrence mode of phosphorus in steel slag mud and electric furnace slag was investigated mainly by electron probe microanalysis ( EPMA) , and it provides a theoretical guidance for the large utilization of these steel slags and effective control of phosphorus in cementi-tious materials. The research showed that the main minerals of steel slag mud and electric furnace slag mainly include dicalci-um silicate ( Ca2 SiO4 ) ,tricalcium silicate ( Ca3 SiO5 ) ,portlandite( Ca( OH) 2 ) ,calcite( CaCO3 ) ,ferrous oxide ( FeO) and RO phase(MgO,FeO and MnO solid solution). Besides,calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H gel) exists in the steel slag mud. The con-tent of P2 O5 in the steel slag mud and electric furnace slag was 1. 741% and 1. 834%,respectively. The phosphorus in the steel slag mud and electric furnace slag was mainly concentrated in the silicate phases of dicalcium silicate( Ca2 SiO4 ) and tri-calcium silicate (Ca3SiO5) with P2O5 content ranging from 3. 195 to 7. 513%.
