摘    要:处理鞍山式贫赤铁矿的选矿工艺,通常采用强磁选方法作为抛尾脱泥作业,该作业的分选效果主要取决于强磁设备的性能。在认真分析鞍山地区原有3种强磁机生产现状的基础上,重点论述了SLon型立环脉动高梯度磁选机设备性能和工业试验情况及生产应用效果。通过对比考查和分析,认为该设备是当今国内较好的强磁机,该成果在贫赤铁矿抛尾脱泥技术上有新发展,推广应用将给选厂带来巨大的经济效益。

Abstract:The beneficiation technology for Anshan type lean hematite conventionally uses high intensity magnetic separation in its tailings discarding and desliming operatoin whose separation result depends on the performances of the high intensity magnetic separator.Based on the earnest analysis of the operation of the original three types of high intensity magnetic separators,the performances and industrial test and production application of SLon verticle ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator are mainly discussed.Through comparable investigation and analysis,this machine is considered to be a very good high intensity magnetic separator in China nowdays.It has brought new development in the tailings discarding and desliming technology for lean hematite and its wide application will bring concentrators enormous economic benefit.
