用充填式浮选机回收铅锌浸渣中银的试验研究

摘    要:铅锌冶炼厂浸渣堆积如山,风吹雨淋,既浪费资源又污染环境.采用充填式浮选机有效地回收了铅锌浸渣中的银,回收率可达75.00%以上.与普通浮选机相比,精矿品位提高0.50~ 1.0个百分点,回收率提高1个百分点左右.

Abstract:The leaching residue in lead-zinc smelting plants are deposited as hills and exposed to wind and rain, which not only waste the resource but also pollute the environment. In this research, packed flotation cells were used to effectively recover the silver in the lead-zinc leaching residue, with the recovery more than 75%. Compared to those by con- ventional flotation machines, the concentrate grade was improved by 0.50 - 1.00 percentage point and the recovery by 1.00 percentage point by using packed flotation cell.
