高岭土剥片改性研究及其在丁苯橡胶中的应用

摘    要:以高岭土为原料,选取水合肼为插层剂,成功制备出片层厚度〈20nm的高岭土。采用硬脂酸对高岭土进行表面改性,增强了高岭土与聚合物基体的相容性、界面结合力,并制备了高岭土/丁苯橡胶纳米复合材料。研究了高岭土不同片层厚度、不同填充量对高岭土/丁苯橡胶复合材料力学性能的影响.确定了高岭土的最佳填充量为40%。

Abstract:With natural mineral kaolinite as raw material, hydration hydrazine as intercalation chemicals, the kaolin powder whose thickness of lamina was less than 20nm was successfully prepared. The surface of kaolin was modified by stearic acid in order to adding consistency and interface cohesion of kaolin and polymeric matrix, and kaolin/SBR nanocomposite. The thickness of lamina and using level of kaolin can affect mechnical properties of the nanocomposite. It is showed that the optimum using level of kaolin was 40%.
