摘    要:研究了用酸浸的粉煤灰和鼓风炉铁泥作原料制备PBS混凝剂并用于造纸废水的处理结果表明.PBS混凝剂与聚硅酸铝(PSA)絮凝剂配合处理造纸废水.在pH值为7.0、混凝剂的投加量为60mg/L的条件下,SS、CODcr和色度的去除率分别为92.4%.85.2%和91.6%与Al2(SO4)3和FeCl3常规混凝剂相比.PBS混凝剂的混凝沉降性能明显优于常规混凝剂。

Abstract:The technological process of treating papermaking wastewater with PBS coagulant made by fly ash in coal-fired thermal power plants and blast furnace iron sludge extracted with a dilute H2SO4 was studied.The results showed that the removing rates of S S,CODCr and colourity in papermaking wastewater was 92.4%,85.2% and 91.6% respectively in the conditions when pH value was 7.0 and dosage of the coagulant was 60mg/L,combined with polysilicate aluminum(PSA) flocculant.In comparison with the conventional coagulants,such as Al2(SO4)3 and FeCl3,the coagulation performance of PBS coagulant was obviously superior to conventional coagulants.
