| 摘 要： | 柱撑剂是柱撑蒙脱石的重要组成部分,它的性能对柱撑蒙脱石的结构和性能影响显著。采用缓慢加碱法制备羟基铝柱撑剂时,碱化度B、进样速度、反应温度、搅拌速度、氯化铝和碳酸钠浓度等各因素对羟基铝柱撑剂中Ala、Alb和Alc形态分布影响显著。当碱化度B为2.4,加热温度为80℃,进样速度为1mL/min,搅拌速度为300r/min,氯化铝和碳酸钠浓度分别为0.2mol/L和0.4mol/L时,可得到Ala、Alb和Alc含量分别为3.42%、86.97%、9.79%的高效羟基铝柱撑剂。

| Abstract: | As an important part of pillared montmorillonite,pillared-reagents have significant influence on the structure and properties of pillared montmorillonite.When preparing hydroxy-aluminum pillared-reagent by the method of slow-alkalization,the basicity(B),sampling speed,temperature,stirring rate and the concentration of aluminum chloride and sodium carbonate have remarkable effects on the species distribution of Al_a,Al_b and Al_c in the hydroxy-aluminum pillared-reagent.Under the basicity(B)2.4,temperature 80℃,1ml/min sampling speed,300r/min stirring rate,0.2mol/L of aluminum chloride concentration and 0.4mol/L of sodium carbonate concentration,the content of Al_a,Al_b and Al_c in hydroxy-aluminum pillared-reagent can reach 3.42%,86.97% and 9.79% respectively. |
