摘    要:为将川南硫铁尾矿高岭土用作制备浅色微晶玻璃的基本原料.必须预先对该高岭土进行成分调整.以降低它的铁含量.提高硅铝比。实验结果表明.采用煅烧一二次酸浸工艺能按照上述要求有效地调整该高岭土的成分。采用优化的反应条件处理后.浸渣的Fe2O3含量为0.094%.硅铝质量比达18.4.该比值接近β-硅灰石相微晶玻璃所要求的硅铝比值。同时.利用浸出液制备出聚合氯化铝铁净水剂。

Abstract:For the purpose of utilizing the pyrite tailing kaolin mined in south of Sichuan as basic raw material used in glass ceramic preparation,this paper studied to match the formula of light color glass ceramics,it is necessary to pre adjust the composition of the gague kaolin,including strikingly removing iron from it and elevating its SiO 2 Al 2O 3 ratio.Laboratory test results show that the use of a calcining and double step hydrochloride acid leaching technique can satisfyingly do it.Under optimum reaction conditions,the amount of Fe 2O 3 of the produced cake was lowered to 0.094% and its SiO 2 Al 2O 3 ratio raised to 18.4,which closed to the value according with requirements of wollastonite phase glass ceramic.In order to recovering AlCl 3 and FeCl 3 extracted,polymeric aluminum ferric chloride(PAFC) product was synthesized from the extracted liquid.
