树脂基摩擦材料二次压制工艺研究

摘    要:采用新的干法工艺即二次压制工艺制备树脂基摩擦材料 ,结果表明 ,二次压制工艺较好地解决了直接模压工艺制品易开裂、起泡等工艺问题 ;与直接模压制备的摩擦材料制品相比 ,二次压制制品具有稍高的密度和硬度 ,相当的冲击强度 ,但压缩强度及压缩模量有所下降 ;二次压制制品具有较高的摩擦系数 ,且在制动过程中摩擦系数平稳性好 ,制品本身以及对偶的磨损率均低于直接模压工艺制品相应的磨损率

Abstract:A novel dry-powder processing route termed as two-step pressing process was employed for the fabrication of polymer matrix friction material. Its process characteristics, physical and mechanical properties as well as the performance of friction and wear were investigated. The results showed that two-step pressing has excellent process properties and overcomes the common problem of cracking during direct mould pressing process; the friction material made by two-step pressing has higher density and hardness, equal impact strength, lower compressive strength and module, better friction and wear performance than that of direct mould pressing material.
