| 摘 要： | 绢云母 /氢氧化铝复合填料加入到橡胶中 ,可赋予橡胶耐热、阻燃等新功能 ,但直接大量加入又劣化橡胶的力学性能。本文先对填料用硬脂酸进行表面改性 ,将改性产品填充于橡胶中 ,相对于未改性而直接填充的橡胶 ,大幅度提高了其力学性能

| Abstract: | Sericite/aluminum hydroxide composite filler filled in natural rubber can endow some new functions to rubber such as heat resistant and flame retarding etc. but mechanics property of rubber will be weakened if filler was not treated. The filler was modified by slearic acid and filled in rubber in this paper. The mechanics property of rubber is better than the rubber filler by non treated filler. |
