摘    要:采用碳化法制造纳米级碳酸钙的工业化技术,包括间歇鼓泡式、连续喷雾式、间歇搅拌式及超重力式四种。在分析上述方法的基本原理及优缺点的基础上,开发出一种新型组合式碳化新工艺,指出该工艺设备结构简单、操作方便、易于实现自控操作,产品质量稳定,利用同一套设备控制不同工艺条件可生产多种晶型、不同粒度、不同性质的纳米级或微米级各类碳酸钙产品,低温能耗低、投资少,连续生产,生产效率高、单塔生产能力大,符合大型化生产需求。

Abstract:This paper introduces techniques for producing nano-level calcium carbonate by carbonization of intermittent bubbling,continuous spraying,intermittent agitation and over-gravitation method.Their basic principles,advantages and disadvantages are compared.Drawing the advantages of other carbonization techniques,a new combination carbonization technique is put forward.The new technique has many advantages such as simple equipment structure, convenient operation,easily achieved automatic control and stable product quality.By controlling technique condition,a suit of equipment can be used to produce nano-level and micron lever calcium carbonate with multi-crystal types,different particle sizes and different properties.In addition,it also has advantages such as low energy consumption under low temperature,few investment, continuous manufacture,high productive efficiency,great throughput with single carbonization tower,etc.This technique is suitable for large-scale production.
