摘 要: | 为研究钢渣对碱激发钢渣矿渣混凝土性能的影响,通过测试不同水胶比及钢渣掺量时碱激发钢渣矿渣混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能,结合SEM微观测试,分析了钢渣与矿渣的相互作用。结果表明,0.40~0.45水胶比对碱激发钢渣矿渣混凝土抗压强度的影响不大,而钢渣掺量显著影响其各龄期抗压强度;钢渣与矿渣质量比为4∶6时混凝土强度达到C60等级,干燥收缩率接近普通混凝土,抗碳化性能较碱矿渣混凝土有一定程度的提高;钢渣与矿渣相互促进水化,形成结构更加密实,有助于强度和耐久性能的提高。

Research on the Mechanical Property and Durability of Alkali-activated Steel Slag-Slag Based Concrete |

Abstract: | In order to research the effect of the steel slag on the property of alkali-activated steel slag-slag based concrete, the mechanical property and durability of the concrete have been tested with different water binder ratio (w/c) and steel slag content. The interaction between steel slag and slag is analyzed by SEM. The results show that the w/b in the range of 0.40~0.45 has a little inlfuence on the compressive strength of the concrete, while the inlfuence on the steel slag contents shows a lot. With a composition of 40% steel slag and 60% slag, the concrete reaches the strength grade of C60. The drying shrinkage is closely to the common concrete and the carbonization resistance is improved to a certain extent compared with alkali-activated slag based concrete. |
