摘    要:以偏高岭土、Ti(SO_4)_2和尿素为原料,采用均匀沉淀法制备了TiO_2/偏高岭土复合粉,利用XRD和SEM对TiO_2/偏高岭土复合粉的结构及表面形貌进行了表征,并以模拟太阳光为光源,甲基橙为目标降解物,对其光催化活性进行了研究。结果表明:TiO_2成功负载于偏高岭土表面,偏高岭土中的Fe3+掺杂使其光学吸收边发生红移。500℃煅烧的复合粉光催化性能最好,模拟太阳光光照4 h降解率达到93.39%;Ti(SO_4)_2浓度为0.3 mol/L和0.5 mol/L时所得复合粉光催化效果较好。

Abstract:TiO2/metakaolin composite powders were prepared by using uniform precipitation method with raw materials of metakaolin, Ti(SO4)2 and urea. The crystal structure and morphology of TiO2/metakaolin composite powders were investigated by XRD and SEM, and its photocatalytic activity of the as-prepared sample was evaluated by degradation of methyl orange under simulated sunlight. The results show that TiO 2 can be loaded on the surface of metakaolin, Fe3+-doping in metakaolin makes the optical absorption edge of TiO 2 redshift. The photocatalytic performance of the composite powder calcined at 500 °C is the best, and the degradation rate reaches 93.39% under simulated sunlight for 4 h, and when the concentration of Ti(SO4)2 is 0.3 mol/L and 0.5 mol/L, the TiO2/metakaolin composite powders have good photocatalytic degradation effect.
