膨润土吸附水中Cr(Ⅵ)的影响因素研究

摘    要:研究了钙基膨润土(M-1)及其改性土(M-2)对模拟废水和实际废水中Cr6 的吸附行为。结果表明,钙基膨润土及其改性土对Cr6 的吸附,在1h基本达到吸附平衡,吸附量随溶液pH值的增大、温度的升高、膨润土粒度的变粗以及溶液中Cr6 的初始浓度的增高而降低;改性土的吸附效果明显好于钙基膨润土,去除率可达95%以上;用改性土处理后,实际废水中Cr6 的浓度低于国家标准规定。

Abstract:The removal of chromium cations from artificial wastewater and actual effluent by Ca-bentonite and Na-exchanged bentonite was studied. The experimental results showed that the equilibrium time of adsorbing chromium cations were 1h. The quantity of adsorption decreases with the increase of initial concentration of chromium cations, pH, adsorption temperature and bentonite particulate size. Na-exchanged bentonite sorbed higher amounts of Cr6 than the natural bentonite, the removal rate of Cr6 reached to 95%. The concentration of actual effluent treated by Na-exchanged bentonite was substandard.
