摘    要:以碱浸提取硅的粉煤灰残渣为原料,添加碱液后水热晶化合成了沸石。考察了碱液浓度、煅烧处理对沸石合成的影响,并将合成沸石用于水中Cu2+和Pb2+金属离子的去除。结果表明:随着碱液浓度的增加,合成沸石的晶型由P型向方钠石转变,煅烧处理有助于Si的浸出,合成的沸石结晶度和纯度更好。合成沸石对这两种金属离子均具有较好的去除效果,煅烧处理后其去除效果更佳。

Abstract:Zeolite P and sodalite could be successfully synthesized from leaching residue of fly ash after silica extraction.The effects of NaOH concentration and calcination on the synthetic zeolite were investigated and the synthetic zeolites were used to remove Cu2+ and Pb2+ ions from aqueous solution.The results showed that the type of synthetic zeolite converted from zeolite P to sodalite with increasing NaOH concentration and calcination could be favorable to leaching of silica,resulting in zeolite with higher c...
